Château Laulan, Blanc 2022

Château Laulan is a lovely little winery based in Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeuax. Started in 1982 by three friends, Joann, Quentin and Charlie; the winery focuses on producing organic wines for which the region is best known: juicy , fruit-driven reds and aromatic whites. And Blanc 2022 is just that: made from a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon and 20% Muscadelle it bursts with notes of pineapple, lime, grapefruit and apricot. The palate is rounded but with a good level of acidity to carry the zesty finish. A great pair with shellfish or veg-based dishes.
